The McLane Agency created and copyrighted a retirement work sheet they call a Benefit Analysis. It is a valuable tool in determining income options while planning for retirement.

There are a few simple steps for acquiring a Benefit Analysis. If you are eligible for retirement and would like a complimentary analysis, fax the following information to us at our toll free number 1-888-326-6292. Typically your analysis should be prepared in less than a week and emailed, faxed, or mailed to you.

1. Two current paycheck stubs, not from the same time of the month. Firefighters see note below.
2. Value of your Deferred Comp. (457) and 401K, and any other investments you may have.
3. Value of your sick and vacation time if sellback is permitted at retirement.
4. If you are a tobacco user. This is related to life insurance insurability.
5. A phone number where TMA might reach you during the day for a 3 way call to your retirement system. If it is TMRS® we will request a current TMRS statement for you and it will be faxed directly to our office to be incorporated into your Benefit Analysis.

NOTE: Firefighters typically work irregular days each month, so please provide us with 6 check stubs if possible. This allows us provide you with a more accurate benefit analysis.
